Stand-up Paddleboard (SUP) Lesson

Join Outdoor Recreation School instructors to learn the fundamental skills and versatility of Stand-up Paddleboarding. You will learn about the equipment, how to paddle safely in variable conditions, basic strokes and the many ways to enjoy the board from laying, sitting, kneeling and standing. Experience getting off and on your board in the water with confidence. For people new to SUP and those looking to improve their skills. Equipment provided. Reservations required by two days prior.
