‘Tis the season in Maple Grove this year as we welcome you to a true destination winter wonderland! The Ice Castles located on Main Street is an awe-inspiring, must-see winter wonderland that brings fairy tales to life. Ice Castles includes ice slides, caverns and archways, crawl tunnels, ice sculptures, a tubing hill and an ice bar!

Just a short walk from Main Street is Central Park where visitors will be able to ice skate on the unique and super awsome ice skating loop (rentals are available). This winter snowshoe and fat tire bike rentals will also be available!

A short walk to the south of the Ice Castles along Main Street is a blend of some great shopping and dining. Whether you want to grab a quick cup of locally brewed coffee or hot chocolate, a snack or a meal, there is a little something for everyone on Main Street.

And what a vibrant Main Street it will be this winter. Warm winter lighting along both sides of Main Street from Arbor Lakes Parkway north to Weaver Lake Road will provide an ambience of small town charm, all within the convenience of big city amenities and opportunities!

The tall pine tree at the corner of Arbor Lakes Parkway and Main Street will be the showcase tree, adorned to acknowledge and celebrate the true wonders of winter in Maple Grove!

There are plenty of activities in the great outdoors throughout the city including ice skating and hockey rinks and several city parks, a trail system for winter bike riding, cross-country skiing, tubing and snow boarding at Elm Creek Regional Park and more!
