Experience Maple Grove is proud to announce that Hockey Day Minnesota is coming to Maple Grove in January of 2028! The event will be held at Central Park where the great lawn will transform into a hockey stadium complete with refrigerated ice, bleachers for ~4,500, lights, concessions, hospitality tents and more. The multiple day event will culminate on Saturday, officially designated as Hockey Day Minnesota, with televised high school hockey games featuring Maple Grove High School boys and girls teams. A detailed schedule of events will be announced at a later date. Experience Maple Grove invites you to be part of this iconic event as a volunteer, sponsor or member of our local organizing committee! Local Organizing Committee
Join the team that will plan and execute all aspects of Hockey Day! The Local Organizing Committee is responsible for all event details including operations & logistics, event planning, media & marketing, sponsorships, volunteers, ticketing and finance.
