At Crisp & Green – we bring more than our scratch-made & chef crafted menu to the community. The class will run around 45 mins long we start with a 7 min stretch/cardio warm up then we will go through six 3 min rounds of different boxing combinations/techniques and end with 7 mins of core/strength moves as a cool down.
