Grant Request

Experience Maple Grove is a non-profit tourism organization with a primary mission of attracting visitors and events to the city of Maple Grove. Grants are prioritized by (A) number of hotel rooms associated with an event and (B) estimated economic impact on the Maple Grove business community.

Experience Maple Grove is committed to supporting businesses that demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and ethical business practices. Grants will only be awarded to businesses that are in good professional standing with our organization, meeting all necessary qualifications and compliance requirements. Eligible businesses must operate with transparency, accountability, and a commitment to ethical conduct.

Our grant committee reviews applications monthly and applicants will notified within 45 days. If you feel your event qualifies for a grant under these conditions, please submit the form below. Please note that limited grant funds remain for 2025.

Upon approval of grant, your organization will need to submit a written summary, within 30 days of event completion. This summary will include specific data on attendance, how the event had an economic impact on our city, hotel room nights, and finally how the event improved or enhanced the resident or visitor experience
